Some of my best design solutions come while running.

Famous words to live by as a designer

I love drinking coffee. Sometimes I need two!
Michael is a skilled and passionate senior level interaction designer who specializes in conceptualizing clean column and grid-based minimalist design layouts for the web, mobile and touchscreen based interactions, whose inspirations are derived from music, art, design, film, photography and publications.
He has had the pleasure to have worked on projects for some awesome clients such as Nokia, JWT, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Lockheed Martin, Caterpillar and a top five insurance brand.
He is passionate about great user experiences whether its online, at an atm or on the phone painfully dealing with the automated system for most banks, retail stores and cell phone companies. He spends a good amount of time studying the behaviors of how friends, family, colleagues and strangers interact with technology and document (mentally and literally) their experiences both good and bad, which aides me in my work as an interaction experience designer.
Currently Michael is working on a mobile app (iPhone, iPad, Android) called Konnect4, which is an app that delivers the best socials events, meet-ups, conferences and talks for web and creative professionals.
I specialize in user centered design using a minimalist approach to design layouts for the web and mobile.

Don’t make something unless it is both necessary and useful; but if it is both necessary and useful, don’t hesitate to make it beautiful.
The design is done when the problem goes away.
